Excellent aroma, Wonderful Taste. It has strong flavour, so used less than other cinnamon. I used in Meat & Chicken dishes. Worked out really well. Also tried in hot milk and tea. Just add lesser quantity than the regular cinnamon and you are good to go. Definatly a good purchase.
