How to Cook Kaju Ker Daakh:
Step 1: Soak (Optional but recommended)
Soak all ingredients in water for 20 minutes. (Softens everything.)
Step 2: Cook
Pressure cook on high heat for 2-3 whistles (until cashews soften).
Step 3: Temper
Heat ghee in a pan. Add jeera (cumin seeds). Add hing (asafetida).
Pour the cooked mixture into the ghee.
Step 4: Season
